Time to go Shopping

Once those preparations are out of the way, it is time to find the right property for you.

Take a Drive.

Get to know the neighborhoods, complexes, or subdivisions, which interest you. Drive around and get a feel for what it would be like to own a property in the area. Start getting a sense of the properties available in those areas.

Narrow Your Search.

Once you’ve identified the general area you’d like to look, we can create a custom “MLS Portal” for you with specific search parameters to help identify those properties which specifically match your interests and needs. For any property that interests you, we’ll schedule private tours at your convenience and perform a Comparative Market Analysis for any property you might consider purchasing. This will not only help determine the value of the home today, but also the potential long term resale value of the properties you are considering.

Time to Buy.

Once you have picked out the property you want to purchase, we will help you to make an offer that the seller will accept. Oftentimes this can be a very competitive situation so working with a Realtor who also has extensive experience representing sellers can be to your advantage as “best price” is not the only factor at stake here (and often not the most important to a seller). We will also investigate the potential costs and expenses associated with the new property and ultimately help you draft your offer in a way that gives you the advantage over another offer.
