San Clemente

San Clemente was founded during the 1920s and is famous for its unique Spanish-style architecture throughout. It serves to be one of the major beach communities in South OC and there are various reasons why people move here. Residents experience the mild temperature conditions of the Mediterranean while getting access to breathtaking ocean views all year round. It’s also the southern- most city in Orange County, providing the shortest commute for those who find themselves frequently driving to/from the San Diego area. And, while often overshadowed by Huntington Beach and Newport Beach as a top surf destination, San Clemente is the gateway to Tressels, one of the top surfing beaches in the world and recent host of the 2021 World Surf League Championship Finals.
