Orange

The City of Orange is often referenced as “The City that went to charm school.” The City of Orange is the center of Orange County offering many styles of homes that can suit anyone’s needs.

The heart of Orange is referred to as Old Towne (The Circle), which encompasses Chapman University and the 2nd largest concentration of historic buildings in the state. With nostalgic architecture harkening from the early days of Orange County itself, Old Towne Orange has seen its share of fame, often being the backdrop for mid-century movies (such as “That Thing You Do”). Those fortunate enough to own one of these historic homes (many designed by renowned architect Joseph Eichler) may qualify for reduced property taxes via the Mills Act, an architectural preservation act currently only available in 14 California cities.

Whatever part of Orange may be right for you, you’ll find many great restaurants and a wide array of entertainment. And you’ll be sure to love the centralized proximity to many southern California attractions such as Disneyland, Angels Stadium, Honda Center, and Orange County’s beautiful beaches.
